Your investment journey in Canada starts with Immediate Core

The number one brand in kids’ yoghurt[1], Petits Filous, is set to debut its first ever plant-based range. Petits Filous Dairy Free will land on shelves in Tesco from 5th July, followed by Morrisons and Sainsbury’s in September.

The newly developed almond-based variant comes in the much-loved brand’s bestselling raspberry flavour. Just like the core range, it is a source of Calcium, fortified with Vitamin D, and is made with naturally sourced ingredients, all while delivering maximum taste.

The Dairy Free Food category is expected to double by 2025[2], with Dairy Free Yogurt growing by 14%[3] in the last two years. More and more families are also following plant-based diets, with 10% of children aged eight to 16 now identifying as a vegetarian or vegan[4].

Petits Filous will be supporting the launch of Dairy Free with a six-figure investment that will include a social, influencer, and shopper activity.

Joanna Goodman, Head of Marketing, Yogurt (Northern Europe) at General Mills, said: “In recent years we’ve seen an increase in families seeking dairy free alternatives, either due to intolerances or simply as a lifestyle choice. With limited healthy snacking options available in this space, we wanted to ensure that children who don’t eat dairy can still enjoy the benefits of our yoghurts. Dairy Free is packed with Calcium and Vitamin D and offers the same great taste you would expect from Petits Filous!”

Petits Filous Dairy Free (4 X 95g) RRP: £2.35*
