Natural massage gel Pernaton has announced an impressive 48% sales increase year-on-year, following a national advertising burst and a celebrity endorsed radio campaign designed to drive brand awareness.
The advertising campaign featured across a range of national print and online media. A total of 32,000 sachet samples were requested following the campaign, which showed fantastic engagement from the public.
Pernaton also credits the sale increase to a radio campaign that saw the brand partnering with gardening expert Christine Walkden for a number of interviews on national radio stations, which discussed the aches and pains associated with gardening and how gels like Pernaton can be beneficial.
Following the sales success the brand is expanding its product portfolio with new Pernaton Forte massage gel. Similar to the original Pernaton gel, Forte features a wealth of natural ingredients which bring relief to aching joints and muscles. Pernaton Forte is designed to aid muscle massage and will be available from the Health Store and Tree of Life wholesalers from June; it can already be purchased via eBay. Pernaton Forte is available in a 125ml bottle and retails at around £11.95. Original Pernaton Gel and Pernaton Forte are made from natural ingredients, which are formulated to give relief to sore joints and muscles when massaged into the affected areas. They are the only gels on the market that boast 100 per cent Perna extract, sourced from the purest New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel.
