Partner Logistics are encouraging staff to reach their full potential by offering National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) to help consolidate and develop existing skills into formal credentials.
So far, 16 members of staff at the Gloucester site have completed NVQs in partnership with South Gloucestershire and Stroud College, thanks to Partner Logistics’ investment in continuing professional development programmes.

Dan Lane, warehouse operative at Partner Logistics who has recently completed his Level 2 NVQ in warehousing and storage, comments: “Having the opportunity to develop in the trade and get recognised qualifications has helped my confidence and made me more determined to succeed. The support Partner Logistics is giving me to develop to my full potential has been great in building my knowledge and confidence.”
Chris Hill, senior business executive, who oversees the NVQ programme at South Gloucestershire and Stroud College, says: “We are delighted to be working with Partner Logistics and commend their ongoing investment in staff training. Those staff members who have successfully completed their NVQs at Partner Logistics include 12 warehouse operatives who have accomplished their Level 2 and 3 shift controllers who are nearing the end of Level 3, NVQ in Warehousing and Storage. The client liaison administrator is also close to completing Level 3 in Business Administration.
