Partner Logistics, a European leader in frozen food warehousing and distribution, has secured the long-term future of its Hams Hall facility with the announcement of a 23-year lease buyback agreement.

Arranged with BP Investment Management for an undisclosed sum, the lease buyback has enabled Partner Logistics to establish a number of long term agreements for the 42,000 pallet frozen foods warehouse. Customers making use of the facility include Premier Foods, Iceland, Bidvest and David Wood Baking Group.

Speaking of the leaseback agreement, Mike Young, Head of UK Sales and Marketing at Partner Logistics, said: “Hams Hall is a key strategic warehouse for the frozen food industry given its central location so we are very pleased to confirm our long-term investment in the facility.
