Olina’s Bakery has seriously shaken up the UK savoury cracker market and are keen to further extend their relationships in the UK and highlight their range which is distinctly different to anything currently available in the sector.

Olina’s Wafer Crackers and Seeded Toasts offer a premium style savoury biscuit which are perfect for consumers who enjoy home and casual-style entertaining. With a choice of delicious flavours and diverse textures, they are crafted to perfection and carefully designed as the ‘absolute accompaniment’ to cheese, charcuterie and dips. They are also a great standby for lunchtime desk snacking or to pack up to eat alfresco.

The Wafer Crackers, which as the name suggests, are much thinner than traditional savoury crackers but are remarkably robust. They have a subtle taste, lighter texture and are altogether quite different from other brands on the market. There is a choice of four variants: Natural, Cracked Pepper, Sesame and Poppy Seed.

The double-baked Seeded Toasts are made with premium ingredients and are full of flavour thanks to the addition of real fruits and seeds. Exceptional eaten alone as a snack, the Seeded Toasts really come into their own when paired with cheese or pâté. Hand-baked, there is a choice of three flavours: Cranberry & Pumpkin Seed, Cashew & Rosemary and Fig & Almond.

In response to the ever-growing free-from market, in early 2020, Olina’s will launch a Gluten Free range. Adding something new to the free-from fixture will be their Gluten Free Pumpkin Seed Flatbread; a cracker that is reminiscent of a flatbread crammed with a blend of wholesome seeds that include pumpkin, sesame, flaxseed and psyllium husk. This is a fantastic product when paired with cheese, pâté, dips or when enjoyed as a snack. This new range will also feature some of Olina’s core lines in a gluten free format. There will be two variants of Seeded Toasts (Cranberry & Pumpkin Seed and Sunflower & Fig) and also a wheat free version of the popular Wafer Cracker.

As well as packing a punch in terms of flavour, this entire range is Gluten Free, GMO Free, low carb, Keto friendly and Vegan friendly. The Olina’s range contains no artificial flavours or preservatives in any of their products.
