Winners of a £100k competition to mark the 10th birthday of Nisa’s charity attended a celebratory event in Leeds in September. Making a Difference Locally (MADL) held the event as a networking and learning opportunity for the winners of its biggest ever competition, which formed part of MADL’s 10th birthday celebrations and offered prizes of marketing packages worth £10,000 to 10 small charities to help them to improve their marketing, reach more funders and beneficiaries and become more sustainable.

Nisa’s Head of Charity, Kate Carroll said: “All the causes are doing incredible work, despite the many challenges small charities face and we hope the extra support will be of real benefit to them, both in the short term and for years to come.”
