A new range of both frozen and chilled products, including coated chicken, red meat, desserts and salads, is to be launched by Nicco Foods on Stand S2731 at IFE 2009. In addition, the company will also be showing an exciting new selection of Mediterranean canned fish.
Now 16 years old, Nicco Foods has significantly expanded its foodservice business in the last two years and also supplies product from manufacturers in Europe and Northern Ireland to major multiples, the convenience and cash and carry sectors, as well as foodservice.
The company is forecasting a 15 per cent year over year increase in sales for 2009.
At IFE, it will again be working with Turbochef to prepare samples for tasting, particularly of foodservice and food to go products.
