Panda Liquorice, the number one selling liquorice brand in the health food trade, have gained five new listings for their entire range of liquorice bar products with Leading confectionery wholesaler Hancocks. Original, Blueberry, Raspberry, Lemon and Mint Panda Liquorice bars will beavailable from September hot on the heels of a continued PR, advertising and sampling campaign managed by Bravura Foods. The brand has recently celebrated its 30th Birthday in the UK, and over the past year has seen newlistings also take place in supermarkets – outside its original home of health food stores.
Bravura Foods Director Karl Morris states: “The movement into supplying the independent retail sector has been a deliberate one, after receiving calls from numerous retailers contacting the office asking where they can buy our products from. It seemed only natural to team up with Hancocks to get the products out there in the independent retail environment. The bars are heavily sampled at high profile events, and this has succeeded in growing the popularity of these perfect impulse snacks which we are confident will fly off the shelves all year round.
