Asda has announced, that from today, customers shopping in store will now be able to save on fuel through its Asda Rewards app for the first time.

From today (Monday 13 July), customers who spend £40 or more in a single in-store transaction until 31st July will receive a 5p per litre fuel coupon, redeemable on one fuel purchase at participating Asda filling stations until Friday 7th August 2026.

The new bonus gives Asda Rewards customers even more ways to save alongside existing Missions, which allow shoppers to earn pounds back and make additional savings across their weekly shop.

The coupon will automatically appear in the customer’s Asda Rewards app once they have completed the Grocery & Fuel Mission and can be redeemed by scanning their Asda Rewards barcode, followed by thecoupon, at the pump or kiosk.

Customers filling a 60-litre family car could save up to £3 on a single fill, with the bonus available at 321 Asda stores and Asda Express sites that offer Asda-branded fuel, with plans to extend the offer to more locations so even more customers can benefit.

The launch builds on recent changes to Asda Rewards, including more personalised Missions that help customers earn pounds on the products they buy most. Asda also plans to expand fuel rewards to more stores and extend the bonus beyond August.

Rachel Eyre, Chief Customer Officer at Asda, said: “We’re making Asda Rewards even more rewarding! Asda is more than just a supermarket and we’re always looking for new ways to help families save on top of our low prices. Through our new Grocery and Fuel Bonus, customers can now unlock savings on fuel alongside their weekly shop, another step in our plans to keep growing Asda Rewards and give our customers even more value every time they shop with us.”

Asda is consistently recognised as the UK’s lowest-priced traditional supermarket in independent price comparisons, as well as offering the lowest-priced fuel across its main estate stores. The addition of fuel rewards gives customers another way to save on top of Asda’s everyday low prices.

Customers can find full terms and conditions, including participating stores, on Asda.com and in the Asda Rewards app.
