A new range of revolutionary high protein, chilled desserts, showcasing best in class macros

Nestlé Lindahls, the UK’s #1 protein yoghurt brand[1] from Lactalis Nestlé, has extended its protein range into the Chilled Desserts category with the launch of its new Protein Pudding in the UK.

With over half (53%) of UK households looking to consume protein as a part of a healthy balanced diet and an increase of +110% in online searches related to ‘healthy snacks’ in the past year’[2], the new Lindahls Protein Pudding offers consumers more variety to choose from as part of their balanced diet.

The new Lindahls Protein Pudding is an indulgent crème dessert with an ultra-smooth texture, which is high in protein and showcases best-in-class macros – topping the likes of Arla, Halo and Müller. Each pot contains 14g of protein and just 0.5g of fat and 4.9g of sugar. It comes in handy snack pots and is available in two flavours: Chocolate and Vanilla.

According to Kantar, over a quarter (26%) of household spend in the UK last year was on desserts, Lindahls is providing consumers with an opportunity to indulge while sticking to their healthy diets.

Paul Wiseman, Marketing Manager at Lactalis Nestlé Chilled Dairy said: “We are thrilled to be extending our range in the UK and entering the chilled desserts category with new Lindahls Protein Pudding. We are always committed to providing great tasting, high protein snacks, and with the increased demand in healthy deserts, a Protein Pudding felt like the natural extension to our range.”

Lindahls has added the most value to the protein yogurts category – accounting for a £7.4million increase in sales year on year, with the core product of 150g Lindahls pots experiencing a 92% growth in the last year[3].

The new Lindahls Protein Pudding is available in Asda now.
