Kenco is relaunching its premium Kenco Origins range with a new optimised offering including a new variant and refreshed packaging. The new Kenco Brazil 100% Arabica blend has been added to the range, bringing to life a unique coffee roasted taste and aroma intensity characteristic of the country; delicious dark chocolate and roasted flavour notes. Kenco has gone the extra mile and selected the finest 100% Arabica coffee beans from Brazil to deliver an authentic, premium quality cup for special moments.

Within the ‘total coffee’ category, Origins’ signature coffee holds growing shares and has accelerated growth in the past year (+16% RSV vs. LY) [1]. Origins blends extend the price ladder within pure soluble, driving premiumisation within the category, and driving category value (+22% vs. Non-Origins price per cup)[2].

Alongside the addition of the new Kenco Brazil variant, the Kenco Origins range has refreshed its packaging to address sustainability and environmental concerns. Kenco is changing the plastic used for its lids, now making it widely recyclable and suitable for curb side pickup with the removal of black plastic.

Paul Fallon, Category Lead at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, comments: “We are excited to launch our new flavour variant, Kenco Brazil 100% Arabica, to our popular Kenco Origins portfolio. We’ve tapped into an authentic origins flavour profile to provide consumers a sense of indulgence and premium quality, in the comfort of their own home.”
