CHOC Chicos, the cheeky chocolate making kit for kids, will make its debut at this year’s Specialty Fine Food Fair in London on 1st September 2012 at stand number 183.
Exclusively for children, this chocolate making kit includes organic cacao butter and powder, Sweet Freedom (low GL natural sweetener), mini cases and a recipe book with simple recipes and fun facts about chocolate.
Raw chocolate is very easy to make and an ideal activity for children. It does not require tempering (as is needed in traditional chocolate making) or any special equipment and takes only 20-30 minutes to set in a freezer.
