Vynaband is the innovative aid for efficient unitisation of pallets for added safety when they are being moved or temporarily stored on site. Manufactured in the UK by Plastic Extruders Ltd, the high performance PVC band is supplied in pre-sealed loops in continuous reel form. It is far quicker to use than traditional pallet wrap and, as it can be reused, provides an excellent life cycle cost and with less waste. In essence it is a giant elastic band for pallets – flexible, hygienic, reusable and recyclable.
Each box contains one roll of red Vynaband welded at intervals which can be cut, as required, to provide 20 individual 3.5 metre bands. These bands will stretch over pallets with circumferences between 3.5 and 4.5 metres, thereby making them versatile for different pallet loads and sizes.
