Intrepid Fox, the single-serve ‘wine in a glass’, has proven to be a perfect fit for Yeovil Town FC, providing the club’s bars and food outlets with a fast-serve solution to periods of high demand. Intrepid Fox promotes rapid dispensing, enabling bar staff to serve the drinks quickly and efficiently, while providing customers with a more attractive product that is also easier to carry than disposable plastic cups. Achieving a high rate of service is particularly important during the frantically busy periods pre kick-off and at half time.

Clive Robinson, Hospitality Manager at Yeovil’s Huish Park Stadium, explained the motivation to sell Intrepid Fox: “When the alternative is serving from bottles into flimsy plastic beakers or half-pint tumblers, Intrepid Fox is clearly the right choice. The product is simple, easy to serve, and looks great. Most importantly, the ‘all-in-one’ nature of the product makes it very cost-effective for us.” The ‘wine in a glass’ has been a strong seller on match days since becoming available at the ground in October 2014.
The average customer can carry between five and eight glasses of intrepid Fox with ease, making the product more convenient than single-serve bottles and flimsy plastic glasses. With no need for separate bottles and cups, Intrepid Fox can also significantly reduce storage and waste management costs.
Intrepid Fox ‘glasses’, which are shaped to resemble a real wine glass, are manufactured from shatterproof and fully recyclable PET, and are sealed with a peelable foil lid. The clever packing process used to fill and seal the glasses provides Intrepid Fox with a 12-month shelf-life.
Intrepid Fox is available in Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, and Rose.
