ALL-NATURAL dips brand, Holy Moly is spicing up its range with a NEW Smoky Red Pepper & Tomato Salsa, landing in Sainsbury’s stores this month.
The launch follows the success of the brand’s stretch from heartland avocado-based dips into Salsa, with a Tomato and Mango variant in Sainsbury’s earlier this year. Playfully positioned as ‘Holy Smokes’, Smoky Red Pepper & Tomato Salsa is described as a fierce combo of fire-roasted peppers, chilli, onions and on-trend black garlic.
The concept taps into the demand for richer, smoked and spiced accompaniments to pimp up meal occasions, which increases seasonally as consumers move into autumn and winter months. Staying true to the brand’s category-first ‘Holy Commandments’ clean label promise, the brand has achieved the salsa’s smoky infusion with natural spices including chipotle, smoked paprika, cinnamon and cumin – not artificial smoke.
The salsa recipe follows the same line, crafted with the finest fresh, all-natural, clean ingredients ‘just like homemade’ as a tastier, more nutritious alternative to highly processed, artificially-enhanced dips.
Each 100g serving is just 68 calories with only 0.1g of fat. It is also a rich source of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
