Destined to delight all sausage roll fans, Higgidy’s Great British Pork Dinky Sausage Rolls with smoky ketchup combine British outdoor-bred pork sausage meat with smoky tomato ketchup and marinated tomatoes, wrapped in all-butter puff pastry, topped with a mature Cheddar and marinated tomato crumb.
With consumers looking to be inspired by innovative world flavours, Higgidy’s Hoisin Pulled Mushroom & Spring Onion Rolls with linseeds pairs delicious pulled mushrooms, with sweet hoisin, spring onions and spinach – all wrapped in flaky puff pastry and sprinkled with linseeds, Aleppo chilli & smoked sea salt.
Two Cypriot Halloumi snacks also join the range – Cypriot Halloumi & Hot Honey Rolls with red peppers, blends Halloumi, red pepper and mascarpone cheese with a honey and red chilli sauce, wrapped in all-butter puff pastry and topped with Aleppo chilli, whilst Cypriot Halloumi & Pesto Little Lattices with a cheddar & basil crumb has an all-butter puff pastry case, packed with halloumi, basil pesto, spinach and creamy mascarpone cheese, topped with a mature Cheddar and basil crumb.
