Such is the popularity of Caribbean food that Caribbean Food Week will be celebrating its sixth year in 2017 (21st August – 28th August). Organised by Grace Foods, the Week has become the UK’s biggest celebration of Caribbean food and drink for retailers and consumers.

Encona, the UK’s no.1 hot pepper sauce brand*2, has launched a limited edition Carolina Reaper Chilli Sauce; the hottest ever to be produced by a mainstream table sauce brand.

The sauce, which launched in April, is available in 142ml glass bottle format (RRP £1.49 / case sizes of 6), featuring the Carolina Reaper chilli, blended with tomatoes, garlic, cumin and orange to create a well-rounded, fiery and fruity flavour.

The impactful limited edition label and striking pack design creates standout on shelf, with a bold heat warning, daring consumers to take on the chilli challenge.
