Lotus Bakeries will launch a trio of new Lotus Biscoff ice cream lines in Iceland during March, the headline of which will be the new Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Cake. Following on from the huge success of the company’s exisiting ice cream range, the Ice Cream Cake is part of the company’s strategy for developing an ice cream treat for all usage occasions. The Ice Cream Cake is due to debut in Iceland and Food Warehouse stores from March 24th.
Combining swirls of velvety Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream, interlaced with irresistibly tasty Lotus Biscoff spread and crispy chocolate layers, this latest masterpiece is then topped off with crunchy Lotus Biscoff biscuit pieces to provide a Lotus Biscoff taste explosion with added cool.
The new premium ice cream cake delivers the iconic taste and crunch of Lotus Biscoff, but in a refreshing new frozen dessert format that has been adored by the nation for years. Perfect for sharing with friends and family or enjoying with that special someone curled up on a sofa, the new hybrid treat has plenty to go around and serves six.
The new ice cream creation features the impactful and eye-catching red background that the Lotus Biscoff brand has become renowned for, accompanied with a detailed crisp image of the iconic bite-sized coffee biscuit and delicious ice cream cake itself. The vibrant red packaging is in line with the iconic brand identity of Lotus Biscoff and is sure to stand-out as something special in the freezer aisle.

The Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Cake (£3) will be available in Iceland stores from March 24th and Iceland fans will be delighted that this isn’t the only dose of Lotus Biscoff heaven on the horizon. The Lotus Biscoff 3x90ml Milk Choc Sticks (£3.89) and Lotus Biscoff Blueberry Cheesecake Tubs 460ml (£3.79) are due to make their debut in the coming months.
