The planning team at Freshtime UK has welcomed two new staff as part of its drive to develop the workforce at its headquarters in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Emily Kemp from Billingborough has joined the Freshtime team as Planning Administration Assistant and Marcus Little has moved departments to become the Planning Apprentice.
Originally from London, Marcus has been working at Freshtime for over 18 months in quality assurance, most recently in the intake department. Marcus gained experience assessing the quality of fresh ingredients as they arrived on site to ensure only those of the highest quality were used for Freshtime products.
Building on his QA experience, Marcus is now enrolled in a oneyear training programme at the University of Lincoln to become a qualified factory planner.
In her new role Emily, who has spent the last two years at Barcode Warehouse in Newark, will be providing support to the growing planning team. She will process client orders and arrange the delivery of packaging to ensure the smooth running of the factory.
