UK food supply chain expert Fowler Welch took home the prestigious title of Logistics Supplier of the Year Award at last night’s The Grocer Gold Awards 2018.
The award recognises a supplier that has ’brought about the most tangible and meaningful improvements to the operation’ and judges said Fowler Welch uses “innovative thinking” and delivers a “genuine win-win for all involved”. The awards, which were held at London’s Guildhall, on Tuesday 12th June, saw the great and the good of UK food and drink gather to celebrate the outstanding achievements of this thriving industry.

This coveted win follows Fowler Welch picking up the Waste2Zero award for Best Practice in Logistics for its work to reduce carbon emissions and waste not only within its own operation but also in that of its customers’.
