The snacking sector continues to grow at speed, with 94% of consumers in the UK claiming themselves as ‘snackers’, and 55% of ‘snackers’ moving towards more healthy meals to make way for indulgent treating occasions[1]. Finsbury introduces new Baileys Chocolate Treat Blondie Bars right on time, as this year has created more time spent at home, resulting in consumers making more frequent trips to the kitchen for treats, looking for a pick me up throughout the day.
