With its retro black and white photography and sultry leggy models the new Veet digital campaign harks back to the glamour of early Hollywood actresses like Audrey Hepburn & Sofia Loren. The new social media campaign that will run on Facebook is set to expose the glamorous beauty secrets of the self-confident and captivating Parisian Woman for whom femininity is a perfected art.
Gone is the functionality of depilation and in its place a glorious celebration of French femininity and women who hold the ultimate beauty secrets – a key one of which is Veet.
A competition will form a major part of the new campaign. Consumers will be driven to the Veet website and invited to upload a photograph on which they can apply a Femme Fatale’ filter. The top voted entries will then be judged by an expert panel and the winners (from across Europe) will be taken to an exciting make-over and photoshoot in Paris. With the resulting images displayed on a digital out of home screen in Paris.
