The simplified and streamlined service delivery will improve the end user experience whilst remaining cost competitive with the market.

The transformation will bring the globally standardised service offerings to all EMEA customers making the process easier to understand and easier to buy as well as easier to sell for our channels. Standardised pricing and associated business processes will enable Intermec to deliver a consistent, robust, state of the art and partner engaged service across EMEA.

In areas of the EU and EFTA countries, services now will be operated by our new EMEA strategic service delivery partner, Regenersis (, utilising their worldclass repair facilities in Scotland and Germany. Customers will report their faulty equipment in the new RMA portal which is an on-line, multi lingual tool, consistent across the region. The system offers them a local hub where they can ship the equipment to, after which point they can track their device repair status 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. The repaired devices are shipped back to the customer directly. Available at;

In the rest of the geography’s key markets, Intermec established a network of dedicated Service delivery partners, called Intemec Service Locations (ISLs) that provide the same standard of approved break fix services. This consistent service is now available in South Africa, UAE, India, Turkey, Israel, Russia and Saudi Arabia.
