The Scottish craft gin distiller Eden Mill have unveiled their take on the Pornstar Martini in the latest addition to their ready-to-pour cocktail range.
The new 5.8% ABV Maverick Martini combines the sweet vanilla notes of Eden Mill’s Oak Gin with seductively tart passion fruit, in a nod to the original Maverick Martini cocktail created by bartender Douglas Ankrah in 2002; before it was renamed a Pornstar Martini for its indulgent and seductive properties.
The tropical drink joins the line-up of Eden Mill’s Mixology Project ready-to-drink cocktails, which are becoming increasingly popular with customers, particularly during lockdown. Sales of RTD units on the Eden Mill website have increased by 489% in May 2020 in comparison to May 2019.1
