Delivering a unique blend of Italian passion and British innovation, with an award winning factory, and unmatched provenance in recipes and ingredients, Dell Ugo can boast many firsts, including introducing gnocchi to the UK over 20 years ago; being the first to make ‘free from’ the top 14 allergens filled pasta and recently launching, award winning Dell’Ugo Pinsa bread, which has been a game changer in the chilled bread category. This snapshot demonstrates how the Dell’Ugo brand can stretch effortlessly across multiple categories.

Sophia Cooke CEO, Dell’Ugo said: “Despite the tough market environment and pressures that affect every manufacturer, supplier and retailer, it’s important to stay true to your brand values and not compromise when others are. With such costs escalating, it is easy to value engineer your products to save money, however we have been investing in what makes a difference to our consumers; which is taste, quality of ingredients and innovation.  This is why we have a huge point of difference vs other brands that you might see on the supermarket shelves. Our product is fresher because we don’t over process our pasta or add things like whey powders and E-numbers. We are a trusted brand giving consumers guilt free help with meal planning and scratch cooking.”

Dell’Ugo continue to give consumers MORE, delivering the highest quality fresh food through the use of the best possible ingredients, British Free Range eggs, locally sourced ingredients such as Cromer Crab and sustainable recyclable packaging.

Dell’Ugo products are available in Waitrose, Ocado, Sainsburys, Booker, Booths, Budgens and One stop.
