Co-op is welcoming the community into its newest store  as it launches to conveniently serve and support a new residential development and the surrounding areas of Kennington, near Ashford.

Known as Brook Court’s Co-op and located in Harrison Lane, Kennington, the new Co-op creates 18 local jobs and will serve the community between 7am-10pm daily.

The store includes an extensive range and choice of fresh and chilled products; in-store bakery and, Costa Coffee Express. This sits alongside Co-op’s focus on meal deals and food to go; Fairtrade products; ready meals and meal ideas – including Co-op’s new Mediterranean-inspired ‘Served’ range – pizzas; fresh meats and dairy; chilled beers and wines, fresh flowers and, everyday essentials.

The online home delivery of groceries is offered via Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats – with orders picked fresh in the local store and delivered quickly and conveniently in the community.

Parcel collection services are provided via DPD, and payment services are also offered via PayPoint.

Customer car parking and electric vehicle charging is also available.

There are offers, deals and promotions throughout the store. Member price savings create additional value for Co-op members who can save more with lower prices on the everyday essential products shoppers buy most.

Soft plastic recycling is available in store – making it easier for shoppers to return and recycle materials that are often not universally accepted via household kerbside recycling, such as crisp packets and bread bags, lids from ready meals, biscuit wrappers and, pet food pouches.
