In 2026, Castle Dairies is celebrating 60 years of butter making with a new on-pack promotion offering shoppers the chance to win a luxury weekend at Llanerch Vineyard Hotel, alongside a range of branded prizes.

Running from 11th May to 15th November, the campaign gives consumers the opportunity to win a 2-night stay at Llanerch Vineyard near Caerphilly, as well as one of 60 additional prizes including branded butter dishes and butter knives. Shoppers can enter by scanning the QR code featured on promotional packs.

As the butters and spreads category continues to evolve, Castle Dairies offers retailers a premium proposition rooted in natural ingredients and local provenance.

Nigel Lloyd, Managing Director at Castle Dairies, said: “As a third-generation family-owned business, we are incredibly proud to celebrate this milestone with both our team and our customers. This campaign highlights our heritage, quality and commitment to delicious Welsh butter.”

Promotional packs will feature a special anniversary rosette and will be available in all major retailers throughout the campaign period across Wales and England.

Castle Dairies will be growing its customer reach with 2 new national listings in large Tesco stores from 17th May, which reflects the brand’s great success in Tesco Welsh Stores and offers another chance for shoppers to buy the much-loved Welsh brand in English Stores.

Castle Dairies will also be sponsoring Prue Leith’s book talk at the Hay on Wye Festival as part of its 60th anniversary celebrations, and offering samples to attendees to trial the brand at a tasting stand. The Hay festival takes place 21st to 31st May 2026.
