Camden Town Brewery’s Tank Party Tour is back and this time it has expanded its national reach by adding Newcastle to the line-up
After its debut tour last year, Camden Town Brewery’s hugely popular Tank Party is hitting the road once again, and this year its covering more of the UK than ever before.
Investing in growing the brand’s national awareness and trial, this summer, Camden is once again packing up its iconic London Tank Party and touring six cities across the UK. As well as stopping at Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Bristol, Camden has expanded the national tour to include Newcastle for the first time ever, before returning to the Home of Hells in London for its final stop.
Renowned for serving the freshest pints to beer fans straight from the tanks, Camden’s Tank Party events bring Unfiltered Hells Lager to the masses, brought directly to consumers across the UK from Camden’s original brewery in Camden. Hitting the road with over 135HL of beer – that’s over 23,000 pints – Camden will also be taking over the taps at each venue with Pale Ale and Off Menu IPA, bringing more of its fresh beer to as many beer fans as possible.
Combining its fresh beer straight from the brewery, with delicious food and fresh entertainment, Camden is working closely with its venue partners to create a menu especially paired to its pints. Serving up the best street food each city has to offer, Manchester-based foodies can expect to find Carnival supplying meat dishes cooked fresh from the flame, NYC-style pizza from Voodoo Rays, zingy Mexican plates from Madre Tacos and so much more.
Offering a host of creative workshops and activities to make Tank Party the ultimate day out for beer lovers, Camden has recruited the best local DJs and live bands to bring the Camden experience from its home in London to new, and existing, Camden fans across the UK.
Holly Gibson, Head of Brand Activations & Experiences at Camden Town Brewery, said: “After taking Tank Party across the country for the very first time last year, we were overwhelmed by the response and can’t wait to get back on the road for the 2022 Tank Party Tour. Working for a brewery, we get the awesome experience of drinking straight from the brewery tanks, the freshest beer you’ll ever try. That’s one of the reasons we started Tank Party 10 years ago, inviting Camden fans to share this experience with us by enjoying the freshest Unfiltered Hells direct from the tanks.“
