Broadland Drinks has introduced the first Chilean Chardonnay from El Tesoro de las Montañas, a range of South American wines that invites consumers to “discover the treasure of the mountains”.
Hailing from Chile’s renowned wine region, the Central Valley, the fresh, vibrant Chardonnay is suitable for vegans and is made using traditional methods and only the finest, hand-selected grapes.
With complex citrus notes, tropical fruit flavours and a balanced minerality with subtle, creamy undertones, it offers consumers a high quality wine for unbeatable value.

“With increased at home drinking as a result of the COVID-19 lockdown measures, Chilean white wine is in demand, with sales up 22% in the 25 weeks from lockdown1.
“Furthermore, our research has shown that consumers are increasingly looking for recognisable and trustworthy South American wines, with the El Tesoro de las Montañas brand experiencing 215% growth in the last 12 months. We are therefore delighted to now introduce the Chilean Chardonnay to satisfy growing customer demand for this excellent range of wines.

This vegan-friendly wine is best served chilled and will suit a range of dining experiences, partnering perfectly with seafood or chicken dishes, creamy risottos and avocado salads.
Available in a 75cl bottle, the new El Tesoro de las Montañas Chardonnay will be available initially from Co-op, online and in store across the UK from 12th October 2020, with an RRP of £5.99.
