Britvic is celebrating the return of the top performing festive limited edition, J2O Glitterberry. This blend of grape, cherry and winter spices with edible gold glitter has proved itself to be a strong performer in the festive party season with J2O Glitterberry sales up +16% YoY, making it a key player for driving retailers’ Christmas sales. What’s more, the relaunch is supported by a TV campaign and a wider activation plan that will reach 80% of consumers in the lead up to Christmas, helping to keep the product front-of-mind for shoppers.
Half of the top 10 SKUs bought over the 12 weeks of Christmas are J2O  and with the festive flavour designed to help retailers tap into adult socialising occasions, the variant proves that your seasonal soft drink offering can be a source of excitement for Christmas social occasions. Its market appeal is further enhanced by the rising low and no alcohol trend, meaning that shoppers nationwide are looking for non-alcoholic drinks which are just as special as alcoholic alternatives.

Britvic is further adding to the J2O festive range with the return of J2O Orange and Cranberry, capitalising on the key flavours and colours of the season and providing shoppers with a lower calorie soft drink at Christmas. Shopper spend on soft drinks increases by +11% over the Christmas period making the Orange and Cranberry flavour an ideal addition for the winter season. This year it will be sporting a new and refreshed packaging to create standout on retailer’s’ shelves during the festive season.
J2O Glitterberry is available now with an MRSP of £4.39 (x4 multipack) and the TV campaign will launch in mid-November to support this popular festive choice. J2O Orange & Cranberry is available from 7th October with an MRSP of £6.49 and a retailer exclusive for Tesco and Booker only.
