The launch follows the success of Brindisa’s 1lt gazpacho packs, which have seen a 27.6% annual sales increase and are made using raw vegetables and extra-virgin olive oil, with no additives. A Brindisa Gazpacho Bicycle will be popping up in key locations across the UK throughout summer sampling the new gazpacho, with exclusive picnic hampers and bottles of gazpacho up for grabs. Brindisa has also created a special cocktail recipe, perfect for summer celebrations.
