Rude Health are set to appear in the upcoming series of Channel 4’s Secret World of Cereal, airing to 2 million viewers at 8pm on Sunday, October 23rd.

The Secret World of Cereal will tell the story of the history of cereal, from its early development by Kellogg’s in the US, to the rise of super healthy, sustainable cereals today, spear-headed by a handful of key British companies including Rude Health, the cereal and dairy-free drinks brand.??

The series is both a nostalgic look at our favourite breakfast food, featuring adverts from our childhood, as well as an examination of the innovation and creativity that made the development of sustainable, healthy cereals possible.

Rude Health’s co-founder Camilla Barnard will be interviewed from the very kitchen where the £21m+ brand was born. She says, ‘If you told me 17 years ago, that I’d be recounting the story of how Rude Health was founded to 2 million viewers on primetime television, I wouldn’t have believed you.’

‘Nick and I founded Rude Health with a simple mission, to make the healthy choice a celebration, and not a sacrifice. It’s so exciting to be able to share that with so many people through this upcoming episode of Channel 4’s hit series.’

Watch The Secret World of Cereal live on Channel 4 at 8pm on Sunday, October 23rd or stream it on 4 on Demand from Sunday, October 16th.
