Leading brewer AB InBev celebrated Global Be(er) Responsible Day on September 14th by announcing the UK launch of Michelob ULTRA, a premium light beer that doesn’t compromise on taste. Brewed at 3.5% ABV with 79 calories, Michelob ULTRA rolls out in major supermarkets and c-store chains from October. The US’s fastest growing beer brand for the last three years, Michelob ULTRA now aims aiming to replicate that success in the UK. In the 12 months to July 2018, UK consumers bought over 61 million pints of low-alcohol beer, 34% up on last year.
