Baked by Rich’s, the premium sweet baked goods brand, has joined forces with chocolate giant Nestlé Professional to launch three mouth-watering new cookie flavours for 2022. The innovative ‘Baked Made With…’ in-store bakery (ISB) range will include Matchmakers® Zingy Orange, Munchies®, and Little Rolo®.
With a combined brand value of £59 million across these three household-favourite flavours, backed by Rich Products’ bakery expertise, the new collection is guaranteed to hit the spot with shoppers looking for a delicious treat. With four cookies per bag, they are great for sharing and to cater for the sizable snacking occasion.
Premium cookies sales were up 20% in 20211 and ‘filled cookies’ have also helped to grow the category by adding value and encouraging trade up with consumers. In-store visits to supermarkets hit their highest level since March 2020 in December 20212 as consumer confidence returned, reaffirming the importance of unique product offerings like oven-fresh cookies.
