American gin brand Aviation Gin, the world’s fastest growing gin, has gained a nationwide listing at Sainsbury’s, launching in over 297 stores and online.
Aviation American Gin, owned by actor and producer Ryan Reynolds, is the world’s highest rated gin (97 points, Wine Enthusiast) and has helped establish a new style of American gin – softer and smoother, with juniper in the background and citrus and floral notes in the front – resulting in more balanced cocktails. Created by a unique bartender / distiller partnership, Aviation is crafted in small batches in Portland, Oregon.
Commenting on the launch in the major multiple retailer, Reynolds says, “It’s no secret that I have an authentic and passionate connection to Aviation Gin. I truly believe it is the best gin on the planet and I’m excited that it’s going to be available to more people in the UK through Sainsbury’s stores and online.”

In 2020, Aviation Gin confirmed a distribution partnership with Proof Drinks, specialists in the import, distribution, sales and marketing of premium alcohol brands, which will increase Aviation Gin’s exposure to the UK market.
