T. Freemantle Ltd can report on their latest overseas installation which sees one of their carton sealing machines making its way half way around the world. The Two Flap Sealer machine will be packing a typically Australian ‘Wallaby’ branded flour product as well as 3 other various cartons sizes demonstrating the flexibility and adaptability of this small simple machine.
This machine is supplied direct to T. Freemantle’s customers, agents and distributors as a mail-order plug and play item and is simple and quick to install. The machine is supplied fully set and tested before being bolted to the pallet and wrapped for shipping. This has proved to offer a simple, quick and cost effective solution which needs no special skills or equipment to install or maintain.
This machine has clocked up many hundreds of installations over the years and it still remains one of the most cost effective machines of its type available. The versatility and ease of use make this an ideal first step into automation for many small to medium sized production requirements.
The machines are available from stock held at T. Freemantle’s UK manufacturing site and can normally be shipped ready to run within ten days. This latest delivery demonstrates the flexibility of the machine by running various sizes, from a large 2.4kilo bread mix kits carton down to a small 125g bread Improver box.
