Attention all Mixologists

The first stage of the Tabasco® British Bloody Mary Challenge 2013 is now open!

Create a Bloody Mary inspired cocktail (using Tabasco® ofcourse) and submit the recipe by email to Laura@foodmatters.co.uk by Wednesday 20^th November. A shortlist of the most interesting cocktails will be created and finalists will be invited to the final to compete for the British title in front of a panel of judges.  The final will take place in Hawksmoor Spitalfields Bar on the 3^rd December.  

Now in its fourth year, The Tabasco® British Bloody Mary Challenge brings together the UK’s finest mixologists.  Last year saw Gareth Evans of Social Eating House win Best Classic Bloody Mary 2012 and Marco Piroli of LAB Bar win Best Alternative Bloody Mary 2012.

This year’s winners will not only claim the British titles above but will also receive a three day trip to New Orleans in 2014.  Deadline for entries is 20^th November; all entrants will be contacted once all recipes have been reviewed.   Good Luck!
