Alison introduce ‘Re-Fresh’ reusable food plastic boxes

Kirkham based Alison Handling announce their appointment as an exclusive sales agent for the new range of ‘Re-Fresh’ reusable plastic boxes that can be used for full supply chain distribution of fresh foods into retailers, restaurants and food service businesses.

The Re-Fresh box is a brand new efficient reusable hygienic plastic tray designed and manufactured by returnable packaging specialists PPS, to specifically meet the industries need for smaller volume reusable packaging.

These are available in 3kg (L 400x W 300x H 88mm) and 6kg (L 400x W 300x H 162mm) and feature new resealable leak-proof type lids that can be easily fitted and removed over and over again. The lids form a tight leak proof seal, which is great for transportation and delivery of product into food establishments. Both sized boxes have the same footprint dimensions, but differing heights so when stacked, two 3kg boxes equal the height of one 6kg box. This is great for a mixed pallet of differing volumes and maximises the load. Re-Fresh boxes are extremely strong and their multistack/ nest capability helps to maximise on product distribution without fear of damage.

The Re-Fresh box has been specifically manufactured to be reused in a typical food supply chain for up to 10 years and then 100% recycled to support companies achieve their carbon footprint and reduce waste.
