Aldi is opening a new store every week throughout September, creating up to 120 new jobs across the four locations.
Following the opening of its new Balsall Common store near Solihull, Aldi will open a further three stores this September in Telford (Shropshire), Rayleigh (Essex) and Hoxton (East London), with up to 30 roles available at each location.
The openings form part of Aldi’s £370 million investment in new stores this year and its long-term ambition to operate 1,500 stores across the UK.
Jonathan Neale, Managing Director of National Real Estate at Aldi UK, said: “We know there are still communities across the country that want access to an Aldi store, and we’re working hard to bring our unbeatable value to more of them.
“Opening a new store every week throughout September demonstrates the pace of our expansion, while creating new jobs and bringing high-quality, affordable food to even more shoppers.”
Aldi stores opening across September are:
- Kenilworth Road, Balsall Common – 3rd September
- Waterloo Road, Ketley Point, Telford – 10th September
- Weir Retail Park, Rayleigh – 17th September
- Hackney Road, Hoxton – 24th September
