Customers can book hotels, flights, car hire and activities while earning More Card points

Morrisons has launched Morrisons Travel, a new travel booking service in partnership with Expedia Group that enables customers to book hotels, flights, car hire and activities while earning Morrisons More Points. The service is available via Morrisons.com and the Morrisons More app.

Through the partnership, Morrisons Travel customers can browse flight deals from airports around the world and choose from a global selection of hotels, whether they’re planning a city break or a beach getaway. They can also hire a car and book tours or activities to enhance their trip.

Customers booking through Morrisons Travel will earn 10 More Points for every £1 spent on hotels, car hire and activities. Points earned from bookings will appear in the More app as ‘pending points’ and will be awarded once travel has been completed.

The launch further extends the Morrisons More Card, which already enables customers to earn five More Points on all products when they scan their More Card in store, online or in selected Morrisons Daily stores and groceries on Amazon. Customers can also earn More Points on every litre of fuel purchased at Morrisons petrol filling stations. Once customers collect 5,000 More Points, they receive a Morrisons Fiver, redeemable on a future shop in store or online.

Jamie Winter, Director of Procurement at Morrisons, said: “With the Morrisons Travel launch, customers can now book everything from flights to hotels through Morrisons while being rewarded through our More Card, once their trip is complete. This new service is designed to make life a little easier by offering more simple, good-value options in areas that really matter to our customers.”

Morrisons is continuing to broaden its range of services available to customers and Morrisons Travel is the latest service to be added to their growing offer. Morrisons also offers other services such as Pharmacies, Travel Money, Timpsons, Amazon Lockers and more.
