Haleon, a consumer company focused on better everyday health, today announces the appointment of Jon Workman as President, Europe, effective immediately.

In his new role, Jon joins Haleon’s Executive Team (HET), the company’s global senior leadership team. He will report directly to Brian McNamara, Haleon’s Chief Executive Officer. His role includes Haleon’s UK business.

Jon is also currently serving as President of the Association of the European Self-Care Industry (AESGP) and has represented Haleon on the Board since 2022. In his role as President, he leads advocacy and engagement for safe, effective, and sustainable self-care solutions.

Jon has been at Haleon for over 15 years in General Manager roles across Asia, Africa and Europe and more recently as Head of Business Transformation. He previously spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble and brings nearly three decades of building brands and inclusive, high-performing teams, while navigating complex regulatory environments.

Europe is an important market for Haleon and plays a key role in the company’s ambitions to reach a billion more consumers and deliver industry leading shareholder returns. Greater visibility of key strategic markets such as Europe on the HET is designed to drive growth and agility in support of delivering the company’s Win as One strategy.
