Morrisons has expanded its collaboration with Amazon by introducing 350 Amazon return kiosks across its stores in the UK with further rollouts planned in the coming months.
The new in-store service offers customers a convenient, and time-saving way to return Amazon parcels whilst doing their weekly shop.
Amazon return kiosks are fully automated, allowing customers to return eligible items in just a few easy steps and take advantage of Amazon’s label-free, box-free returns. After initiating a return via their Amazon account and following the prompts, shoppers can simply scan their QR code at the self-service kiosk and drop-off their eligible item. Kiosks will be located next to the Amazon Locker or the Customer Service Desk in store.
Morrisons is committed to providing the products and services that its customers love and need, with the introduction of Amazon return kiosks being the latest in a wide range of in-store services which includes photo printing, parcel collection, Wash.Me laundromats, Timpson Key Cutting and the UK’s largest network of in-store cash deposit points, giving shoppers even more reasons to visit their local Morrisons.

The nationwide rollout of the Amazon return kiosks is expected to be completed in early 2026, with more locations to be added throughout the coming months. Morrisons stores offering the service will appear as an option during the Amazon returns process.
