Veno’s – the leading cough medicine brand in independent grocery – is back on TV for the first time in a decade as new owners Forest Laboratories, in partnership with Ceuta Healthcare reveal their ATL plans for the brand.

The new TV commercial will make its debut on 5th December and air for two months nationwide on ITV 1, with creative that builds on the brand’s strong heritage and suitability for the family. The humorous 10 second execution shows a parrot being buffeted around by a man’s cough. Fortunately for both man and parrot the man’s partner reaches for Veno’s and the parrot squawks ‘She knows …now he knows’. The voice over goes on to say ‘For chesty, dry and tickly coughs there’s … ‘ with the parrot finishing the sentence with a triumphant ‘Veno’s!’
