He was the face of every 90s kid’s afternoon, and now, 18 years after he last hung up his brushes on screen, Neil Buchanan has resurfaced to create his iconic “Big Art” once again.
In a move that will delight nostalgia fans across the nation, the artist has stepped back into the studio to create a giant mural with social entertainment company LADBible, celebrating the return of a fellow 90s legend, the Müller Corner Originals Rhubarb Crumble inspired yogurt.
This marks the first time Neil has produced artwork of this scale for the public since 2007, using quintessential items from the 90s decade, including cassette tapes, skateboard wheels and old school lunchboxes.
The collaboration comes after a wave of fan requests, following the relaunch of the Müller Corner Originals Apple Crumble inspired yogurt late last year. After seeing the brand team up with Timmy Mallett to create a similar mural, fans flooded social media demanding that the brand bring Neil back to create one of his own.
90s icon Neil Buchanan said “”It’s been nearly two decades since I last took on a project like this, but when I heard the Müller Corner Originals Rhubarb Crumble inspired yogurt was coming back, I had to get involved. It’s actually my favourite flavour! It’s been nearly 30 years since it first launched, so bringing it back with my iconic “Big Art” just felt like the perfect masterpiece.”
The Müller Corner Originals Rhubarb Crumble inspired yogurt, famous for its crunchy crumble on the side, has officially returned to bring a touch of nostalgia to shoppers across the nation.
