One Stop has refreshed its chilled food offering in response to changing customer needs. The reset promises to not only offer more breadth but enhance the customer shopping journey with its updated merchandising flow.
Alongside bringing in a total of 78 brand new lines to their stores, from a variety of yoghurts, dinner and side choices to healthy on-the-go drinks, the convenience retailer has also revamped its own label sandwich design.
“Our sandwich packaging redesign is a project that we’ve been working on for a while. Customers will notice a modernised look, featuring more muted colours. The enhanced look brings a more premium feel for our on-the-go range, and we’re excited to extend the new design across our festive range and limited-edition products,” commented Nigel Prendergast, One Stop Head of Customer.
Rebranded to ‘The Deli’, customers will also be able to pick up One Stop’s festive range which sees a chicken, stuffing & cranberry sauce sub, pigs in blankets sandwich and chicken, bacon & stuffing wrap from Monday 20th October 2025.
One Stop’s chilled food overhaul – launching from today – will not only see new products, it will also see 140 of its existing lines in desserts, dinner and snacking, expand to more stores across their estate.
“We’re thrilled to be increasing the range of popular products allowing more of our customers to enjoy these fantastic ranges,” commented Henry Maulik, One Stop Head of Product.
New lines include slow cooked sweet chilli chicken wings, chicken & black bean with egg fried rice, kefir natural yogurt, fat free cottage cheese, garlic flatbread, creme fraiche, beef medallion steaks, apple lattice pie and more.
The reset will also see an increase on prepared vegetables such as sliced leeks and cauliflower & broccoli florets as well as introducing additional seasonal products such as brussels sprouts and parsnips.
Many fixtures in stores have been changed, allowing customers to quickly find what they need. As well as this we’ll be taking learnings from the reset, by trialling different locations for certain products to monitor customer perception of quality.
The retailer’s Franchisees will also have full access to the new and improved fresh range – a great opportunity for them to further take advantage of being part of One Stop and growing their business!
