Lidl chocolate fans can rejoice as the retailer’s new Way To Go! Biscuit & Caramel Milk Chocolate bar arrived in stores yesterday.
Packed with creamy caramel and chocolate flavours plus a satisfying biscuit crunch, this new treat is perfect for chocolatey biscuit fans seeking a sweet deal.
The second addition to Lidl’s ‘Way To Go!’ chocolate range – comprised of responsibly sourced, 100% traceable cocoa – not only tastes good but does good too. Certified by Fairtrade, Lidl’s Way To Go! range sees the supermarket pay a ‘Fairtrade Premium’ on top of the Fairtrade Minimum Price.
Lidl also pays a further amount for every tonne of cocoa it buys. This extra payment can be used to support farmers to grow more local crops, like honey, which can contribute to more secure livelihoods for them and their families.
As well as compensating cocoa growers, Lidl’s new Way to Go! Biscuit & Caramel Milk Chocolate bar is kind to shoppers’ pockets – priced at £2.19 for 180g.
