Michael Graham brings more than 20 years of senior FMCG commercial leadership experience to the role

The Kraft Heinz Company has appointed Michael Graham as Vice President of Sales for the UK & Ireland, effective March 2026. Michael joins the UK&I leadership team and will be responsible for leading the commercial organisation, strengthening customer partnerships and driving sustainable, profitable growth across the UK and Ireland.

Michael brings more than 20 years of senior commercial and general management experience across the FMCG sector, having held leadership roles at Reckitt, PepsiCo and Mondelēz.

He joins Kraft Heinz from Reckitt, where he most recently served as General Manager for Benelux, following an earlier General Manager role in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

In his new role, Michael will focus on enhancing commercial capability, strengthening category and shopper execution, and deepening collaboration to unlock joint, sustainable growth in partnership with Kraft Heinz customers across the UK & Ireland business.
