Higgidy is set to build on the success of its Snacking & Sharing range, with the launch of an exciting, brand-new product innovation. Delicious Potato Frittata Bites have mouth-watering savoury centres, just bursting with protein rich ingredients.
The brand’s Snacking & Sharing range has helped drive growth for Higgidy, delivering year on year growth of 16%[1]. Higgidy’s bite-sized savoury snacks and rolls have helped drive this success and this new launch will build on Higgidy’s non pastry credentials, with the brand’s first protein powered potato snack.
The new Potato Frittata Bites will launch in two irresistible flavours: Pulled Ham Hock & Extra Mature Cheddar with Smoky Ketchup and Emmental & Extra Mature Cheddar with Buffalo Sauce.
Each wholesome, pastry-free Bite is only 40 calories, is naturally rich in protein and is made using only free range British Eggs.
Emmental & Extra Mature Cheddar Frittata Bites with Buffalo Sauce –
Blends a delicious trio of cheesy deliciousness – Emmental, Cheddar and protein-rich Cottage cheese, with a pinch of Aleppo Chili and a hot Buffalo sauce centre.
