Offer available when purchasing a hot drink in any Morrisons Café from Monday 1st July until Sunday 14th July
To celebrate 125 years of food making and shopkeeping, Morrisons is treating customers to a free jam doughnut when they purchase any hot drink in a Morrisons Café.
Freshly baked daily by Morrisons expert bakers, the doughnuts are a favourite amongst customers. In fact, last year, shoppers consumed over 69 million doughnuts from Morrisons bakeries, amounting to over four million kilograms of doughnuts – the same weight as 250 cars.
The free jam doughnut will be gifted to customers when they purchase any hot drink – tea, coffee and hot chocolate – with the deal available in all Morrisons Cafés now until Sunday 14th July.
Morrisons More Card customers will continue to bag an extra 100 points with every £1 they spend in the Café, helping customers get one step closer to their Morrisons Fivers – a £5 voucher to redeem against a shop for every 5,000 points earned.
Becky Wilson, Café Buyer at Morrisons, said: “There is no better way to celebrate our 125th anniversary than by treating our customers to one of our most iconic Market Street products – our freshly baked doughnuts. So delicious, they often don’t make it out of the car park! Simply pop into a local Morrisons Café, pick up any hot drink and tuck into a free jam doughnut on us.”
The 125 year celebrations don’t end there. Throughout the month, offers and activities are live for customers across the UK, including the chance for More Card members to become a More Points Millionaire and participate in the biggest ever ‘Basket Bonus’. Morrisons is also launching a £1m charitable fund to enhance community spaces across the UK.
