Designed to broaden appeal to its growing band of male fans, Higgidy – famous for its top quality pies – is proudly supplying Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club fans with the very best of local Sussex produce, by offering individual 200g pies in four delicious flavours and a tasty 200g Sausage roll. The pies and rolls are on sale at both a dedicated Higgidy Pie Shop and at outlets throughout the venue.
Destined to become fan-favourites, the generously filled pies, include; Steak and Onion Pie with Gravy;Chicken, Ham & Leek Pie with a creamy white sauce, a vegan Chickpea & Spinach Masala Pie with tomatoes and a Guest pie – Chicken Tikka pie with red peppers. Each pie is baked in shortcrust pastry and topped with a puff pastry lid.

Steak and Onion Pie with Gravy: Onions, 100% British beef and tomatoes in gravy.
Chicken, Ham & Leek Pie: British free-range chicken, leeks and British outdoor-bred ham hock in a crème fraîche and white wine sauce, with Dijon mustard.
Chicken Tikka pie with red peppers: British free-range chicken, tomatoes and onions in a creamy tikka masala sauce.
Chickpea & Spinach Masala Pie with tomatoes: Tomatoes, chickpeas, spinach and onions with garlic, coriander and turmeric.
Outdoor Bred British Pork & Onion Sausage Roll with caramelised onion chutney wrapped in a flaky puff pastry topped with free range egg glaze and a sprinkling of poppy seeds.
